Selling a castelfidardo accordion... How much is it worth?

Its a really old accordion that was found in a great great
grandmothers house. Its a 120(?) whatever that means..... I want to
know if its worth anything, I did research and it says that the
Castelfidardo Accordion was first created in the 1860s! n this thing
looks ancient....... HELP Please! any input is appreciated
